An original “Nosegay Tobacco” heavy enamel sign. It measures 30″ x 20″ 76cm x 51cm approx. And weighs approximately 4.5kg. I think it probably dates from the 1930s. The condition I would describe as very good vintage. The colours are fantastic and enamel is bright with real no areas of loss other than to the edges which is commensurate with age/wear. There is scratching and minor marking to the surface none of which detracts from the overall appearance. This is a very rare portrait version of the sign. You will see similar signs in landscape or the thermometer version, however I have never come across this portrait version.
