This is a delightful Rare, Original, Vintage,’Post & Chronicle’ Enamel Advertising Sign. The’Post & Chronicle’ known to be The Wigan Evening Post & Chronicle production based at Brock Mill, Leyland Mill Lane Wigan in the 1970’s later became The Wigan Post. This lovely rare original oblong sign having very slightly raised deep red lettering on a white background, 6holes are in place for wall mounting if preferred. Measuring 48cm x 10cm and weighs 500grams. Considering it’s age of over 50years the sign is in good overall condition with no splits, holes, the lettering is clearly readable, the sign does display evidence of age with some oxidation visible mainly to all sides, adding to its character and authenticity. A very desirable Rare, Original, Vintage’Post & Chronicle’ Enamel Advertising that is easily useable in modern day living enhancing a stylish home with nostalgia, charm and taste.
