A scarce glazed advertising sample display cabinet for Edgar Allen & Co of Sheffield. The glazed case with its bullnose mahogany frame is velvet lined & retains all eight of its original Ivorine labels for each sample and a larger one bearing the companies’Stag Brand’ logo to the centre. In a remarkable state of preservation, an extremely rare survivor & a wonderful piece in every way. Dimensions: W: 31cm (12.2″)H: 20.5cm (8.1″)D: 6cm (2.4).
