An early’Waiting Rooms’ enamel railway sign. A rare & very early are survivor harking back to the days when railway stations had separate waiting rooms for first & second class and also men & women. In deep blue & white enamel, a fantastic piece of railway memorabilia, manufactured by The Patent Enamel Co of Birmingham. Dimensions:W: 58cm (22.8″)H: 28cm (11″).
