A wonderful, large’Way Out’ enamel railway sign. A rare survivor, double sided with the vitreous enamel sign it’s original timber frame with attractive iron brackets top & bottom. Formerly used by Southern Railway & not something which shows up very often, particularly in in this complete condition. Wear commensurate with age, displays beautifully with historic loss & wear to the frame in parts as pictured, does not detract & very much part of its past.
