Enamel Vintage Advertising Sign. 57 Varieties Pure Food Product. The Company’s first condiment in 1869 was horseradish and it grew from there adding vinegar, pickles, preserves and more to the mix. Based on the bottle’s label stating ” 57 varieties ” you’d think the company grew to make and sell 57 products, but it turns out that Heinz was producing over 60 different products including ketchup at the time 57 slogan launched and was added to the bottle in 1896. This is an original Garnier Heinz enamel sign. A rare and very sort after heavy 1970/80’s enamel sign and very collectable. Strong enamel finish with excellent bold colours image and text. Sign showing very little age wear for over 40 years old. Good display size with measurement of 8 inches in diameter. Please study photos for your own judgement. (Will posted signed / recorded).
