The well know’Fisons’ bought the company out in 1935, leaving behind a 115 year history with George Hadfield & Company Ltd. This fertilisers enamel sign is large and quite heavy, with thick lettering. The various bits of rusting and enamel chipping leaves this with a wonderful look and feel. Hanging thread attached ready to display on your wall. Very rare and highly sort after. It is quite heavy over 4kg unwrapped weight approx. Circa early 20th century.
