A lovely vintage double sided advertising’Lyons Tea’ enamel sign with clear large white lettering on cobalt blue background with rounded corners and further vivid orange background of rectangular form. The sign is able to stand independently without support, holes to the side flange bracket have clear holes ready to wall mount if preferred. Measuring approximately ;- 37.5cm x 28cm, Side bracket 4cm high Weighs 1.55kgs Considering its age the sign is in overall good vintage condition with no holes, splits or dents, the side flange bracket is upright and intact with numerous holes to wall mount. The white lettering is easily readable, with the bright blue and orange backgrounds still vivid. The sign does display areas of some enamel loss and oxidation mainly to the edges on both sides and the inner bracket area, all adding to its authenticity.
