Original Dunlop Enamel Sign. THE FIRST TYRE IN THE WORLD. This is a rare large original famous Dunlop enamel sign. Sign featuring the block text wording of the first tyre in the World. Bottom corner of sign has date numbers which is believed to be pre 1930’s. The sign has spent many years of it’s life in a Somerset collection. Good gloss and very little age wear with no restoration. Measurement size of 30″ inches wide by 20″ inches high. An excellent piece of history being world wide known and being in the rarer early style. True investment addition to any classic car enthusiast, showroom or general sign collector.
