Founded in 1961 King Crayon Shokai is a long-established store founded in Tokyo around in the early Showa period. In addition to being loved by children, the product has also appeared in the work of Nankichi Niimi, a children’s writer known for the fairy tale “Gongitsune, ” and the essay by Hitomi Yamaguchi. These signs were produced from the mid 60’s to the mid 70’s.
