RARE VINTAGE FORESTRY COMMISSION’TAKE CARE’ FIRE ENAMEL SIGN. This is a nice original vintage enamel on metal sign from the 1950s/60s, by the Forestry Commission, giving warning about the risks of starting fires. It is a rare sign and quite dramatic, even with its age spots! It’s been in our garden for ages and we have received so many great comments about it. It is showing obvious signs of wear, especially around the edges and a couple of spots in the centre. And the colours are faded from being outside all this time. It measures approx 54cm x 38cm.
