This vintage Esso Elephant kerosene tin/enamel sign is a fantastic collectable. Measuring 58.5cm x 30cm, this original advertising sign is a rare find for enthusiasts of advertising collectables. The unique design and historical significance make it a valuable addition to any collection. It is in very good condition for its age – it has signs of wear/patina which are minimal for its age and adds charatcer too. Please see pictures as they form part of the description. Vintage 1930s on Post Box Post Office Enamel Sign – Fantastic Condition. Thick steel, solid and very rare now. This one has super patina with the only marks being from where it’s original mountings would have been from back in the day. Sympatheticly converted to hang with a nice chain as shown in pictures. This has been in my family for years, it is still a stunning vibrant red, with gorgeous lettering. Someone has painted at some point a few of the more rusty areas, see picture. However this really doesnt detract from how fab this sign is and again all the dings, dents and flaws add to this signs long standing heritage. Its a good size and looks great on a wall.
