Rare Vintage Old Original VW Volkswagen Dealership Light Sign Not Enamel. Very good condition for its age as per images. A genuine VW thick hard plastic face panel. No cracks in the main exposed face. There are only 2 chips on the edging (as pictured) which are luckily hidden inside the aluminium surround trim. There is only tiny little light coming out from underneath the trim (bottom left area and you can see it in the main photo), but to be honest it is not really noticeable. The other chip is well hidden under the trim and you don’t see any of it at all. The graphics are in pretty good condition, no big scratches etc. Only a few 2mm dots white white paint missing from the inside. It wouldn’t bother me, not really noticeable with or without the light on. It can be always easily touch up if you wish to do so, but I would leave it personally. It has a genuine VW aluminium surround trim. The back side panel isn’t original like in most cases thanks to only the front face panel replacements at the dealerships or complicated electric systems etc. I had the back panel precisely cut to the size from a very thick hard plastic material. There are also 2 holes cut so the sign can be hanged on the wall. It will be very easy to line it/get it straight as the back panel rotates in the aluminium surround trim. It has the LED (cool white) electrical lighting system installed with a remote control light dimming option which is a really nice touch to this beautiful sign. This is a truly fantastic sign in perfect working order and honestly harder a harder to find. 95cm in diameter and 10cm in depth.
