Enamel – Black/Gold/Red-Orange. Washington DC, c. Inscribed “KGL NORSK KONSULAT”. Oval-shaped, convex-cambered plate. Central crest of the Kingdom of Norway, coat of arms standing golden lion on a red-orange background, bearing a golden crown and holding a golden axe with a silver blade. Dimensions: 31″ H x 25″ W (78.75cm H x 63.5cm W). Note: heavy item, made of enamelled metal. Made by Cathrineholm of Norway.
