Vintage Porcelain Enamel Sign Brooke Bonds Tea Original Old Rare Antique Advertising. Here for sale is a extremely old rare collectable sign that reads BROOKE. This comes with some enamel loss which appear to have been coated. This is one of the earlier Brooke bond tea advertising signs that has a. Dark red / brown lettering on a white background, the more common later ones are. Black lettering on a orange background. The sign is mounted in a wooden frame with hanging bracket. I have never taken off. The wooden backing but would presume it is double sided and made by the Falkirk Iron. A fantastic display piece, this would look great in the home, kitchen, cafe etc. The sign measures 39 x 19cm. Please ask for more photos if required. The condition of the item is as per the photos. Large vintage advertising enamel sign. Reclaimed from the exterior of a shop in the early 1980s , where it had been for many years , actual age unknown. Almost 6ft long , would look amazing in a kitchen / teashop / restaurant or as querky garden feature. Measures 5′ 9 ” x 12″.
